Awakening To The Presence That We Are
Mary Addison-Lamb MA, IYT (founder of Namaste Yoga in Springfield, IL)

Main Street Studio
Sunday, February 17, 10 - 4 p.m.
$70 ($50 for members)
This retreat is an opportunity to dive into the teachings of tantra with practices that bridge ego and experience. Through the ancient practices of pranayama, meditation, body sensing, yoga nidra and dialogue there is the opportunity to know yourself as you truly are…perfect just as you are. We begin with the understanding that there is nothing for us to accomplish. We are already perfect in our essential nature. Our daily life becomes free and open when we welcome all facets of life, shadow and light; welcome all expressions of life; intellect, emotion, sensation, personality and thought. In this welcoming, we live our Presence knowingly as wisdom, compassion and love in action.

Mary Addison-Lamb, M.A., I.Y.T.  has been a practicing yogini for 40 years and a teacher for 15 years.  She is the founder of Namaste Yoga Center (www.namasteyoga.com).  She is a certified Yoga Therapist, blending the ancient knowledge of Yoga with the modern knowledge of wellness to help individuals on their healing journey.

Mary has been a student of Richard Miller (www.nondual.com)  a leader in the field of Yoga, honored by Yoga Journal and featured in the books American Yoga and Will Yoga and Meditation Really Change My Life? since 1997, and practices and teaches from the tradition of Kashmir Shaivism Tantra.
