Our weeklong retreat includes yoga, meditation, and playtime! Included in this trip are two Eco-Adventure tours and a full day of white water rafting for the daring. All different levels are welcome.

Every weeklong stay at Pura Vida includes one full-day and two half-day eco-adventure tours designed to complement your week's activities.

Included excursions are:

White-Water Rafting—The Pacuare River, which cuts through one of the most pristine pockets of wilderness left on the planet, is ranked among the top 10 on the list of wild and scenic rivers worldwide. This 18-mile rafting adventure, through the most beautiful river canyon in the tropics, is for the adventuresome beginner and the experienced rafter alike. Full-day excursion.

Waterfall Gardens—A series of waterfalls through a rain forest that has the largest butterfly sanctuary in the world, as well as a hummingbird garden where you will see these feathery friends play and show off their delightful antics. Half-day excursion. Poas volcano—Walk through the cloud forest to the crater lake. Half-day excursion.
